Selling an old cosplay of mine, I originally bought this from an ebay seller, and it was worn for one convention.
The dress is approx 58 inches in length, (floor length) and will fit someone with the following measurements comfortably
Bust: 40 inches
Waist 33 inches
Hip: 40 inches.
