The series marked with an asterisk (*) indicate that the book (or multiple books) is in less than excellent condition. It ranges from bumps on the corners to cover creases, water damage, etc. The prices are obviously lowered for those books. If you're _genuinely_ interested in any of those series, just ask and I will be more than happy to let you know in detail the volumes that are affected and the damage to each.
Shipping depends on how many books you're interested in but media mail is pretty cheap with the more books shipped off in go. Of course, I can ship using faster methods (i.e. priority) but it will cost more. Just let me know what you prefer. If you're buying over $50 worth of books, shipping will be free!
I would prefer paypal, but money through the mail can be sent at the sender's risk.
