Warcraft prop prices?

Looking for:

Okay, one thing I'd be wanting to purchase immediately. I have literally been searching everywhere for someone to commission a very specifically custom Murloc plush doll for my cosplay show. I want it to be shaped and sized like a baby Murloc, but to have eyes and a distorted mouth/teeth like a Mako Shark. This has been a long standing obsession of mine to get this plushie and the last person I tried to get a commission from deleted her Etsy account after getting the money and I never got the item.

The second item is one I'd really need to price shop for as I'm sure it will break my bank no matter what. My semi-girlfriend cosplays as Sylvanas and REALLY want to get her Sylvanas' longbow for Hannukah or her birthday depending on how expensive and how long it would take to make. The Warcraft III version(the thick wooden bow with the violet orbs) is best since our group is mainly focused on that portion of Warcraft, but anyway, mainly I need a price, an estimate on how long it would take to be made and it would need to be con safe...I just felt really bad at Otakon when I and our Thrall cosplayer both had prop weapons and she had to carry the quest rewards.

Oh and as an aside, because of my experience with that one person and the murloc plush, I would greatly prefer if we could do the transaction via paypal.

Naw, a bow like that won't break the bank. I can make that for you out of pink insulation foam, wood, paper clay and/or resin. It'll be lightweight but durable, and of course, con-savvy. For a little bit more I can even put some scroll work on there to make it more "elf-like". For a bow like the one in the picture, I'll quote you $85 plus shipping. I accept Paypal and as a part of my services, I also load progress shots into my props gallery so you can see how it's developing and provide any input that you may have.
