This is THE final production model Gray Fox style helmet cast -- it is made of 'Smooth-On 300/325' and is very similar to styrene in terms of composition. The overall helmet is variant upon thickness which range from 1cm-4cm and is very durable. Since the nature of the helmet is plastic, it is easy to sand, shape/reshape, detail, and paint. This helmet will come pre-sanded, resurfaced, and have a coat of primer prior to shipping. The eye slots and decal holes will be cut and drilled out as well. Furthermore, the helmet will be one-piece and should you choose to, you can either order the helmet as is or have me cut out the 'fit-piece' as seen on my previous video here:
