I am interested in commissioning someone to create this outfit for me. This is for halloween and possibly comic-cons:

I'm willing to spend between $200-300 dollars, but I suppose that depends a lot on the fabric. I don't know much about fabric...but something stretchy, not spandex, would be nice.
I'm looking for the whole deal, including gloves, cape/cowl/hood. I have decent boots already, so maybe something to slip over the top of them...

Just a suggestion, but you may want to try and upload actual character sketches and pictures and not actual cosplayers.
