I need high quality gowns for Neo Queen Serenity and Princess Serenity. Two different gowns, as I really do believe they are 2 different gowns. I would like to have a quote before I pursue anything, but because I am asking for a high quality gown I am aware that it may get pricey. Also, I would like it if you would PM me with a website as well so I can see the experience you've had in the past with dress-making/costume making so to speak, even though I really don't want these gowns to look like costumes. Thanks!!!
