Also when I give out quotes, you will get a range. The upper end of the range is if I can't get fabrics on sale, which is usually never the case, expect your order to be the lower half of the range. When you make your first payment so I can purchase supplies, expect to make a payment half of the upper range of your quote. I'll give you your final amount when the commission is completed, and it's almost always going to be lower than the high point of the range, but not always. Keep this in mind. I'm still new to commissioning and I don't know an exact price for garments as of yet.
A few things to keep in mind before ordering, personally I prefer to work with the appropriate fabric for the costume, I can use fabrics of lesser quality, but I hate to do it. If you do accept a commission from me, I will usually need more measurements and reference pictures.
If you wish to accept a commission from me after receiving your quote, 50% of the cost is due upfront. When your commission is finished, the second half of your payment is due along with shipping costs. You commission will not ship until I have received your final payment.
I only accept Paypal as a form of payment.
I reserve every right to accept a commission or not. If it is something that is not within my skill level and I feel I cannot create it to my standards, then I will not take it.
If you happen to live in the same area as me, I will gladly do fittings of your costume, it will actually help me to make the best costume possible.
