The top is a kimono style top, it lays over one another. The belt comes with it. The pinkish cape is attached with yellow buttons on the top.
I know they said no new items but I never had a chance to wear this to a convention. Only trying it on as I was sewing it.
I was supposed to be Saiya Woman and my boyfriend at the time was Saiya Man. Well...my loss is your gain. I never even got to finish the boot covers.
The top is pretty much one size fits most. I would say a Large. One good thing about the Kimono tops.
