All the designs were screen printed on, meaning you can wash the skirt!!
I made the outfit to fit me as a bust 36 inch, waist 28 inches, and hips are free!!
The skirt is meant to sit on your waist, just above your hips. It uses velcro closure, but it's not perfect and it's just a ribbon waistband. The skirt is unlined and will not come with the white underskirt. Also, as you can see in one of the pictures, the front dark purple panel of the skirt is a bit too long and needs to be shortened to match the rest of the skirt length. This is a little spot on the skirt, near the bottom right side where I spilled some Ramune on it, but it should come out with soap and water, I have not yet tried as the spot is barely visible.
The top corset is lined with flannel, and has a faux panel in the front that I just pinned onto my undershirt and then corset laced up the front. However, the top was a little tight on my bust and will fit much better on someone smaller I would think. Also, there is some damage on the sleeves, as the leather bag I was wearing rubbed up against them and gave them an odd texture...
I wore this outfit once and had decided that there was too much wrong about it and I'd much rather re-make it, even if it does mean having to do all the screen printing again!! It was finished in what I may think as a slight hurry, as I was very excited for it to be done, so it has some rough spots. Any person with a basic idea of sewing can touch up things if need be, or left as is and it will still look great!!
I spent well over $200 on this outfit, but I want to re-make and need the funds to do so!
