KittyLee - I do ship to Canada. I believe the shipping is around $10-12.
Sakurai_Atsushi - I take commissions year round, but my schedule starts to fill up around the major conventions. I recommend ordering a month before you need your parasol.

I sell at mainly East Coast conventions. For 2008, it looks like Otakon, AnimeUSA and Nekocon.

I could do a solid color for $10 plus S&H. If you'd like an unpainted (natural white) one, send me an e-mail or PM and I'll see if I can find you a source that sells single parasols.

Shipping to the UK would cost between $10-15 depending on the service used.
I'm running a bit behind right now because of a family emergency, so I wouldn't be able to ship anything until mid-July.
