UPDATE August 2011: Still not accepting commissions. Will probably try again starting in January of the new year.

EDIT!: Hello everyone! I'm sorry if you have been sending me PMs or commenting here for props and not hearing a response. My business partner (my father) died at the end of August, but he was quite sick beforehand, so I spent much of my time caring for him and spending as much time as I could with him.

So please do not think I have abandoned you. I didn't have much time to spend on the computer or accepting orders, and thus my replies are quite late!

I have answered as many PMs as I could and will be starting on the comments too. If I miss you though, please inform me. Also check my website and deviantart as I'll try to be on them more starting around November.

I'll be accepting orders again in December, to line them up for the entire year. If you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact me.

My family and I are rather new to making cosplay props, but we try hard and pour 100% in every new task we attempt.

We started this swords most recently to provide an alternative of wooden replicas for convention goers as opposed to live steel collector's items that are not allowed in at most. This was after attending our first con this past year, Anime Weekend Atlanta, and observing the weapons policy.

My family has been woodworking and crafting for years and I have only recently began to take more a concentrated interest when I realized that I could make props for cosplay.

I already have some of my swords up here for sale and decided maybe it was time to put an ad in the commissions for hire category based on recent activity.

The swords pictured are other works that we have finished and are floating around deviantart.

We want to branch out and make more than just swords, having given quotes for One Piece swords and D-Gray Man hammers only recently.

If there is something you want commissioned, then please feel free to contact me either by comment, PM, etc. Please, we ask that you provide a reference picture along with the request in order for us to decide if we can create it or not and get back to you.

While I watch/read a lot of stuff, I am not familiar with every series or every character, but I will happily research as well.

If you request something that we cannot fulfill then we will let you know as soon as possible. We try to be fair with quotes and uphold a standard of quality on each item.

Also, please let us know ahead of time if you need it for an upcoming con, like within an approximate time frame. While I love to help with the props, I am also a student and have to save time for studies, just like anyone else.

We take paypal and money orders. Shipping will be as close to the cost as possible. Please feel free to email at hugsxheartsx@hotmail.com

Also, for large props I ship by UPS and anything over 5' has an added charge, just to make you aware.

The mask is like a phantom of the opera half-mask (molded close to face), with bronze glasses-like frame to hold it on the left side of face. It has a thin blood red cross, and the center of the cross is an eye hole. It should fit like this:

hey whats up?

i was wondering what would be your price quote on this prop:

its a character from a game called Chrono Cross, the characters name is Grobyc.

im gonna send u a frontal reference pic of Grobyc and a YouTube URL of him in the game in action.
I was wondering if it is possible to do his "StrongArm" as a prop. the StrongArm comes out in the YouTube video, not in the reference pic.

Can I get a qoute on this one sword, it's from a site called Gaiaonline and I wanted to know if it can be made.

I'm curious to see if you would be able to make Marluxia's scythe from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.

I was hoping for it to stand a little taller than me, and I'm 5' 5", so depending on how much adding the extra few inches would cost, I might be willing to pay the extra charge. If not I'm willing to have it shorter.
