This is a full Rinoa costume I made last year for Youmacon (you can see more pics on my gallery page). I hand dyed the duster, it is made of a ribbed fabric to look like knit. The top closure is just velcro. I am 5'6" so that gives you an idea of how long the duster is.
Also, the tank top is just a black v-neck I purchased. The shorts are stretchy black spandex with non-functional zippers attached and then I also attached the skirt over them. I cut the skirt in half so that the shorts are really comfortable. But I never went back and made the back of the shorts look nice, so they look messy in the back--but that's the only problem with it.
The necklace is just some cheap thing I bought at a store. Just throwing that in because it's part of the whole outfit.
Oh, the arm warmers are made of the fabric as the duster and there is elastic on the inside of them to hold them up.
I say it is a size medium because that's what size I am! I am 36" X 26" X 38" so I hope that helps you.
