This is my 4th or 5th Seras Victoria costume I've made, so I have this costume down to a fine art. Crisp, lovely construction just sitting in my closet, waiting for you to buy it!
The material is a twill, and can be machine washed on cold if wanted. It's a sturdy piece that I am sad to part with.
What I am selling:
-Jacket
-skirt
-two Hellsing craft-foam patches attached to jacket
what I am NOT selling (here at least)

-wig

The costume was fitted for me, so the measurements are about a 32-27-39 (full hip.)

I love the costume, but I'm not sure if it will fit me. My measurements are 36-24-34, does the material stretch or give at all? Please PM me.
