I'm looking for a Kazuma Kuwabara costume from Yu Yu Hakusho, the Dark Tournament variation.

I don't need the wig, sword, or boots, just the pants, jacket, and headband.
This is for my sister's friend, so I don't know the exact budget, but I know there is one. But I can guarantee it's not outlandish, so there shouldn't be a problem.
As far as deadlines go, it's for Otakon, so it's a good few months away.
