I'm looking for someone who can make me the top part of Hibari Kyouya's school jacket.
Please know, that it DOESN'T have to fit me, since I will be wearing it loosely on my shoulders. But, I don't want it too small either. It's a pretty simple cosplay.
The jacket has to be done before May hits, since Fanime Con starts on Memorial weekend.
I use payment only through PAYPAL. Nothing else. And you have to at least have some experience with commissons before, just to be on the safe side. I only want commissioners from the US as well.
