Millia Rage from Guilty Gear costume, comes with dress, gloves and headband. It was worn once for a short period of time, as it is a bit short on someone of my height (5'6). Keep in mind that while I personally felt it was too short, it is considered "accurate" in length according to game art, etc ^^; So I would probably have to say you want to be 5'5 or under for this to be lengthy enough.
Fits size S-L, though generally S or M is better, since this costume is supposed to be a bit baggy. There's a small hole in one of the gloves, but all in all, the costume is in good condition.
