About Me / Q&A

What got you into cosplay?
As a kid, I loved to dress up, but I could never find the characters that gave me the most fun. I did drop out of it during my school years, but since I started University, I ended up going out of my way to cosplay, finding that the shows I loved best were the most fun to cosplay! That, and the satisfaction of showing everyone what you worked hard to make.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy VIII at a family Halloween party. I had all the stuff just lying around in my room, so I whacked them together to make a simple closet cosplay that worked really well.
What is your favorite costume and why?
I really can't say. I love them all! ^^;;
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Kamina from Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann. I could never pull him off. I'm too small and skinny ^^;;
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
So far, it has to be when I cosplayed a random Organization XIII member for another Halloween party. All the kids recognized me instantly. It was awesome.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Haven't done so yet, but I plan to.
Tell us a little about yourself
Not much to say, really. Just an average University student with an obsession for games and anime. I don't drink, smoke or anything like that. I prefer to stay inside and roll a few d20s in a game of DnD. I'm a nerd like that ^^;;
My favorite anime
Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, Digimon Savers, Wolf's Rain ... think that's about it.
My favorite game(s)
Oh, now THAT'S a question ^^;;
My favorite book(s)
I don't read much, but I did like Last of the Mohicans by James Fenimore Cooper and White Fang by Jack London.
My favorite character(s)
Too many to list!
My favorite movies(s)
See above...
My favorite actors/actresses
Vin Diesel and Angelina Jolie. I know, cliche, but I love 'em ^^;;
