What got you into cosplay?
I had always thought it was cool, but I was lazy and didn't even have a sewing machine. However, I ended up going to a convention with a bunch of friends who were all cosplaying, which inspired me to make my own. I've been addicted ever since :D
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was a Pika-girl. I thought it would be quick and simple, which it was. I made a yellow pleated skirt (which has since been lost, somehow), yellow leg warmers, and had a yellow t-shirt with brown stripes across the back. I had ears and a tail too, of course. It was simple, but I learned that sewing/costume making takes longer than I had previously thought.
What is your favorite costume and why?
So far, it was my Kairi outfit. However, my current project (Axel, made in pleather :O) is quickly becoming my favorite. I have put a lot of energy, time, and money into it, but it is so gorgeous so far.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm Killian ^_^ I'm a senior in high school and I work at Gamestop. It's pretty fun. I have a lovely girlfriend and plenty of awesome friends. We go to the local con every year and most of us cosplay :D My girlfriend is currently cosplaying the Roxas to my Axel, which is pretty amazing <3
Besides sewing (obviously), I knit and doodle and row. I have a pretty full schedule ^^;;
