What got you into cosplay?
I've always loved dressing up in costumes and I've always loved creating. Conventions just give me an excuse to sew :)
What was your first costume and why?
Quatre from Gundam Wing. A friend of mine that I met in high school asked if I wanted to go to AnimeFest one year and do a skit with the Gundam Wing pilots. We did and I went as Quatre since I was the blonde one.
What is your favorite costume and why?
The Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3. Wearing the Boss just makes you feel cool and it's a costume that I actually feel that I look good wearing.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
A Zora from Twilight Princess and Nemesis from Resident Evil 3 Samus' Varia Suit from Metroid
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Getting to run around A-kon 2006 with my buddy Travis as Jill Valentine and a zombie. He actually scared the crap out of me without trying after someone took a picture of us together.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I've only done it once and I hope to get to do it again.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm currently in grad school at the Guildhall at SMU studying Art Creation for video games. My hobbies are drawing, video games, reading and sewing when I get the money and time.
My favorite game(s)
Metal Gear Solid series Resident Evil series Okami Legend of Zelda series Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Half-life series (episode 2 was so kick-ass!)
