My name is Jasmine, and I got started on anime in 5th grade. I've been hooked ever since (it's probably more addicting than drugs lol). When I got into middle school, I met two of my best friends, both also named Jasmine. We're like a trio, and people have come to know us as "The Jasmines". And we all like anime, isn't that great?! Sure, people make fun of us, but we stick together and get through.

Y'know, sometimes I think I'm a bad influence on them. I think I made them peverted or something with my talk that has suggestive yaoi themes O.o

They probably know me better than my own parents, though. I don't suppose Mom and Dad ever thought that their little girl was peverted for yaoi. X3

What got you into cosplay?
After seeing really good cosplayers at conventions and on the internet, I just thought, "Hey, I wanna do that!"
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was Mello from Death Note. A Filipino version, to be exact. I just thought to crossplay Mello because I had a haircut like his, and because I also like chocolate.
What is your favorite costume and why?
I dunno. I'll decide when I have more.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Definitely an Itachi crossplay, because he's my favorite Naruto character. That was the first cosplay that I ever wanted to do, but I didn't have anything Akatsuki.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Don't have any yet, but I hope to have some soon.

Tell us a little about yourself
I'm still in middle school. XD Yeah, I'm still a baby. I hate it, but I do well. I have a big brother that I call Kuya (he's a World of Warcraft addict, likes anime enough), and my parents are a bit overprotective of me (the first time they let me out of the house to hang out with my friends was in March lol). They hate anime and cosplaying, so I have to lie low when preparing costumes or anything anime-related.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I like to draw anime, read manga or fantasy/sci-fi books, and write stories and poems. I have an account on Fanfiction that I go on frequently and write my fics there.
My favorite anime
Naruto, Death Note, Blood+, Elfen Lied, Rurouni Kenshin, Loveless, Fullmetal Alchemist, and at one point Pokemon. I'm probably forgetting something, but whatever.

Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2, Pokemon Sapphire, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker.

Uchiha Itachi! He's all bad@$$, but he's actually kind and caring ^^. It makes me really sad to think of what happened to him...
