What got you into cosplay?
More like what got me into anime.......a group of my friends were going to Anime Boston 07, and I decided to tag along, even though I knew absolutely nothing about anime....and my eyes were opened, to say the least. After that weekend, I knew two things: a) this was going to become an annual event, and b) I would most definitely be cosplaying the next year around.
What was your first costume and why?
Edward Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist. Oh Ed. As soon as I saw the series (I went in anime first) I just knew he would be my first cosplay.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Seeing as I've only had one.....Ed I guess. Though the wig was an unbelievable nightmare to keep on.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Lyude, from Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. My very favorite character from my very favorite, and extremely overlooked video game. I have a feeling that'll be my side project for the next few years or so....someday that'll be completed. And Princess Zelda and/or Midna (Twilight Princess) My sewing experience is next to none, so this is going to be quite a challenge.
Also, any form of Riku from Kingdom Hearts *swoons*. As well as Tamaki's Wonderland costume from Ouran High School Host Club's episode 13. First I need to procure a sewing machine.
(Someday I'll do a non-crossplay........maybe)
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The FMA photoshoot at AB 08. Meeting other people who actually GOT what I was talking about, and cared what happened to Roy and Riza......*sigh*

Not yet....someday though

Tell us a little about yourself
I've just finished my freshman year at a university in Boston, majoring in theater (another reason I took to cosplaying so much I guess). My spare time is spent reading fantasy novels meant for people just a year or so younger than me, watching too many tv shows for my own good, and stalking the internet. Whenever I'm home from school I manage to chart some Wii time too, especially, as of late, with Guitar Hero
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Yes, I've never seen/read Bleach or Naurto. Yes, I know several people are waiting to skin me alive. Yes, I'm working on it.
