What got you into cosplay?
My first convention was pretty daunting, there wasn't much cosplay but already I felt almost left out ;) Set about fixing that as soon as was possible..
What was your first costume and why?
Ugh. Ryoga from Ranma 1/2, one of my first big anime series and also a pretty simple costume.. I loved the character and his outfit is reasonably easy to emulate aside from the hair.. However first time I took it to Minami, I forgot the trousers :P le sigh.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Purple Tentacle. I'm not the 'pilot' but damn he was the most fun to make, and turned out looking damned near perfect to boot.
Out of ones I wear? Koinosuke I guess, I put the most effort into him and despite looking crap I know I did well for me ;)
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
One or two. I do want to do Canti from FLCL one day, though I would require myself to lose half my body weight first..
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Wandering around AyaCon as Bernard with Purple Tentacle.. we couldn't physically walk more than 2 meters before being stopped for more photographs ;)
Do you participate in masquerades?
Damn straight. Usually with random/joke costumes/skits but one day... one day...
What was your best masquerade experience?
Day of the Tentacle again, Doing the Masquerade at AyaCon with Purple Tentacle, *so* *much* *applause*.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope, we merely aim to entertain ;)
Tell us a little about yourself
I slave my life away in the news and magazine department of our local WHSmith, I love the place and people, just could do without the customers. more money would be nice too ;)

One Piece, Yakitate Japan, Azumanga Daioh, Read or Die, School Rumble, Shuffle, Naruto, Death Note (yeah, I know, not anime..) etc. I watch all kinds.

ADoM, Dizzy, GTA.*, Action Quake 2, Soulblade, etc.

Michael Stackpole's X-Wing series, legendary.

Eh, too many to list. If they're quirky, not too major and aren't perverted all to hell, I probably like them.
