What got you into cosplay?
We had the Hayao Myazaki-san films in my home, and I prefered them over the normal disney films. Particularly Mononoke-hime, which is still my favorite of his films to this day.
What was your first costume and why?
Mononoke-hime, because she was a strong, female character that I looked up to. She had a Wolf God for a "mother" and I've been obsessed with wolves since I was very young.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite would have to be Isuzu "Rin" Sohma from Furuba. I've been reading manga and watching anime for many years now, and Rin is the character I've found that I relate to the most. Her and I are very much a like, and it's where I get my nickname from.
I also very much enjoy cosplaying Naruto Uzumaki, Cloud Strife and Axel.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
A dream cosplay to finish is Krad from DNAngel, as well as a humanoid form of Ninetails from Pokemon.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I was dressed as Sasuke Uchiha as he appears in Naruto Shippuuden. I heard a scream of, "SASUKE-KUN!!" from across the convention hall(this was at San Diego Comic Con 2006). I looked in the direction of the scream, and there was a girl cosplaying Ino Yamanaka running straight for me. I figured she was going to glomp me, so I braced myself. Well, I was wrong. Once second she was streaking at me at top speed, the next thing I knew she'd stopped dead in front of me and had pulled me into a kiss! When I pulled back, then shee glomped me. Turns out her name is Tiffany and we've been good friends ever since that.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I haven't yet, but I plan on doing some in the future.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Though I wasn't participating, one of my favorite that I've seen was a Sailor Moon skit that I saw at AX quite a few years back. It was just hysterical, and you had to be there. Let's just say, Tuxedo Mask ended up on his back with Sailor Pluto stradling him and Sailor Moon trying to pull her off haha.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No, but I've never actually entered a contest.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'll just state my hobbies and interests...Japan anything and everything, marine biology, hanging out with friends, horseback riding, writing songs, stories, etc., singing, reading and going swimming.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I guess the only other thing is that I'm very protective of my friends, and defend them with my life.

Free Willy, Myazaki-san's films, MARVEL Comics films, Tim Burton, Steven Speilburg, George Lucas, Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Twilight and New Moon, LOTR, Eragon, Japanese horror and other films, Naruto, Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Lupin the 3rd, yeah pretty much all anime films.
My favorite actors/actresses
John Cusack, Kenichi Matsuyama as far as live action. Vic Mignogna is my favorite voice actor.
