What got you into cosplay?
I’m a fan of certain anime and video game series and the thought of dressing up as one of my favorite characters seemed like a fun idea! One of my friends mentioned she was getting ready for a convention and I had never gone, so I decided to give it a shot. I’m glad I did! :)
What was your first costume and why?
Jareth, the Goblin King from the Labyrinth. I am absolutely David Bowie obsessed and I LOVE this movie. I love the characters, the costuming, the music, etc. I thought the Magic Dance costume would be fun and not too difficult for my first cosplay attempt and I'm pleased with how it worked out! :)
What is your favorite costume and why?
Well, all I have made so far is the Magic Dance Jareth costume so right now, that is my favorite. I will be working on more Jareth costumes though to maximize my use of the wig! Coming soon: Ballroom, Escher, Entrance, etc Jareth costumes!
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Jareth's white costume with the owl cloak towards the finale of the Labyrinth film.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Err.. well Metrocon 2008 when I debuted my first and only costume to date. It was INSANELY well-received and everyone gave compliments and recognized who I was!
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, I wish I had though!

Bleach, Sailor Moon, Mermaid Scar... I used to be a nut for Pokemon and DBZ in my younger days. Been considering taking up Death Note.
