What got you into cosplay?
I've seen it throughout pics and the internet, but when I attended my first con, seeing everyone dressed as some of my favorite characters from different games, comic, movies, etc, I instantly wanted to be a part of that. Just looks a whole lot of fun.
What was your first costume and why?
Abel from SFIV. I became more attached to the character as SFIV became a daily thing for me, and his style was refreshing and different from the rest of the cast. This is as far as conventions go.
I think my first time I started getting into it was when I would suit up for different movies at this theater not too far away from me since they (managers) promoted their movies with some type of event.
The comic store I went to (and still go to) had made some sort of deal with the managers of the movie theater and everything just started from there. Tomb Raider, X-2, Daredevil, Spider-Man (part 2), we did quite a few.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Ryu!!! He was always a personal favorite of mine, but I didn't think--at the time at aleast--I could pull off a good one. That all changed when I showed up as his alternate costume at AnimeNEXT 09. It was a great experience and I had a lot of fun and compliments for choosing the "dirty" Ryu xD and the Hadouken beach ball idea. I figured it was a good prop and would be fun to use for pics, especially with other cosplayers.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
At every con it's always about The People I meet! It's always about The People!

Samurai Champloo, Initial D, Cromatrie High, Genshikin. Spirited Away!!!
My favorite game(s)
Street Fighter series and recently SFIV, Resident Evil series, Castlevania series, especially the ones on the NiN DS. And Phoenix Wright!
My favorite character(s)
Makoto from SFIII, Crimson Viper, Abel, Ryu.
