What got you into cosplay?
Some deep-seated political reason assimilated with childhood trauma and a bigoted religious conspiracy
...or you could say it had something to do with peer pressure ;B
What was your first costume and why?
Tomoe from Rurouni Kenshin. (aka "the dead wife")
Long before I knew the almighty power that Japanese cosplayers held, I was frantically searching for a character with black hair. OK, that makes no sense.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Sohma Yuki~ the prince!
I made use of my wide shoulders and my feminism to pull off the "pretty boy".
It was part of my first group cosplay in which the wig has improved over the years. (Although constantly ridiculed by some friends >_<*)
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I love popular character costumes. The crazier, the better. I hate when you can easier buy said costume in the Dealership room for $50
With that said, The Prince of the Cosmos!!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The shocked look of a friend who watched me get KO-ed by fangirls :D
Do you participate in masquerades?
Every year I plan to, but am instead overwhelmed by lack of organization ...then all the slots get taken T_T
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
A pat on the back, and maybe a glomp or two.
