What got you into cosplay?
I've always been aware of cosplayers whenever I go to anime events; however, I never really got into the cosplay spirit until AX 2007 when my friends cosplayed. It looked like they had so much fun, therefore I told myself I was going to cosplay in the nearby future.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was Hei from Darker than Black, mainly because the costume was pretty simple and I was crunched for time. But of course, Hei is also my favorite character in the anime.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I have a few, but there is no way I'm going to be making it in the nearby future with my mediocre sewing skills.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Not enough cosplaying experiences to have a memorable one. Sad, I know.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Nope. I would like to try it at least once if I manage to convince some friends to do something together.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm just your average person who just so happens to like anime and manga and anything else of that persuasion.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Besides the obvious I've already stated above, I'm usually a pretty chill person so don't hesitate to talk to me here or at a con. I may seem like a serious person at first glance, but that really doesn't reflect my personality.
My favorite anime
My favorite has been Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann since 2007, but what currently holds my interest is D. Gray-Man and Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
My favorite game(s)
My favorites include mainstream ones such as Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, Prince of Persia, Onimusha, Street Fighter and more fandom-based ones such as Guilty Gear and Blazblue. On a random note, No More Heroes FTW!
