What got you into cosplay?
Seeing how much work actually goes into a costume and different techniques really intrigued me. I always want to try different things, so sewing and putting imagination to work is what essentially got me interested.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I have a lot! Geth Destroyer/Juggernaut, Wrex, Nhilus are the top dream costumes. That would be sooo much work though.
The ultimate costume I would die to have: Harbinger of Menoth. Complete with the illusion of floating and the three monks who lead her in chains. Just google it, its the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The best ever was meeting the youngest Miranda Lawson fan. I was working on Halloween and I was dressed as Miranda handing out candy to the trick or treaters. After no one having the slightest idea who I was I had a couple recognize my costume. I was thrilled, and even more thrilled to find out their son (about 5 or 6) adores Miranda. He was so happy he started talking so fast I couldn't understand him, and I gave him a big hug and told him he was such a cutie (to which he blushed and giggled). Its still the best moment I've had costuming, I'm still kicking myself that I didn't get a picture with my little fan.
Tell us a little about yourself
I currently work two jobs, do commissions, and make costumes. I honestly don't have any time to slow down and take a break, there is just too much to do.
