What got you into cosplay?
I felt I had to take my nerdom to a new level
What was your first costume and why?
A purple Fairy. I already had the purple wings and a ton of purple stuff so why not. Although My first real cosplay(that I sewed and actually worked on) was a Ranma costume. I love the series, and felt there wern't enough good Ranma cosplayers out there.So I gave it a shoot and it came out really well. I still have some things I want to do to upgrade it but it's pretty good right now.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Princess Jasmine costume, it was so much fun to wear and to have little girls go up to me thinking I was really Jasmine.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Something with large beautiful machanical wings and a flowy dress.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
When this one little girl came up to me and She said "Hello Jasmine" Me: "Hi how are you" Her: "Fine Jasmine...Where is your husband?" Me: "Oh he is right here" Adam(boyfriend dressed up as Aladdin): "Hi" (she freaked out even more) Her "Hello Aladdin" Then she gave us all hugs and went back to her mom
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes but probably not many
What was your best masquerade experience?
Well winning was nice :)
