What got you into cosplay?
My friend Aimee told me to sign up for Amecon 07... when I didn't even know what it was.
I started working on my first few cosplays when I finally got off the waiting list.
What was your first costume and why?
Temari from Naruto Shippuuden.
... I'm just a huge fangirl, and she's one of my favourite characters ever. I had to cosplay her.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favourite costume would be Garnet Til Alexandros 17th from FF IX.
I didn't make it, and it's not particularly good... but I love the character, so I enjoyed being her.
I'm ordering a much better costume for her in the near future, so here's hoping I do her more justice for my next convention! :3
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Rozalin from Disgaea 2. Her dress is gorgeous!
... I was going to make it for the Amecon Ball, I bought the material and everything... but I didn't leave myself enough time to make it.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Probably the entirity of Amecon 08... because I changed costume so many times. XD
Do you participate in masquerades?
Not yet, but I'm hoping to soon.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope, not just yet. :3
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm pretty much your average nerd.
I play video games, read too much manga, and stay up late watching whatever anime I can find.
I work as a lifeguard, it's one of those jobs you hear about and think it sounds interesting... let me save you some time, it's not.
