What got you into cosplay?
Well, I kept on visting a fansite of a anime character, and the webmistress went to cons and cosplayed, which I never knew existed. That's when I decided it's something I really wanted to do.
What was your first costume and why?
My first offical costume was Shia from Pita-Ten. Pita-Ten was the first manga I ever read, and Shia was my favourite character. So my friend and I cosplayed the Bunny and Kitty PJ outfits that they wear.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favourite cosplay changes constantly, and sometimes I forget to update this. So the costume that is listed here as my favourite is no longer my favourite.
Currently it is Souji Okita from Hakuouki. I spent so much time painting the koi details on the jacket, and with my little Shinsengumi family I just have so much fun.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
At this moment, it would have to be Count Waltz from Eternal Sonata.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
There are just so many amazing times, I can't just pick one. But when I'm at a con with friends, they top every other life experience I've had.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I participated in two so far, one which we won Best in Show! I'm so proud of our group~
What was your best masquerade experience?
Winning Best in Show at Otafest 2012 with our Madoka skit~
