What got you into cosplay?
Making costumes ever since like 1993. Started with a green dragon we all loved called Puff, has his own theme song ^^ Took a break for a few yrs until I saw people we actually cosplaying anime/game characters and said "wait, that ok?". Not a coincidence that gaming/anime have direct influence.
What was your first costume and why?
Allen schezar done in 2000-2001, Escaflowne, cause it was a tough one to hit...was actually afraid to wear it around a friend who wanted to hit otakon a while back. One of the main reasons we didn't go in 2002, I bailed cause I didnt want an old friend to see me IN this get-up.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Likes all me cosplays ,but Probably Frostina for now,she takes no crap(plus i be a sucker for blue hair). Stops traffic, its the total girl-type transformation that took so long to get right XD otherwise J talbain of Darkstalkers, he's a plush version ^^ realistic version later. Sephy just gets the attenion, not my fav, but he's fun to just take roles in(cons,meets,etc)
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
eh, if i did, you wouldnt know ^.^ surprises are the best part of making stuff.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Rollerblading down the parking garage, spittin out pavement and ramming (parked) cars. Very memorable because was very stupid. ...oh...oops... COSPLAY exp: For now, bakuretsucon 2007. Judged the masq, on stage when was my turn to announce my judge choice, "the hag" puts it best(to finish the story..........................http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=122367&page=10 very bottom of pg) Halloween 2006,2007 crossplay anonymous. got load of candy and did nothing but stand there with gf ^^ Got a kiss on cheek by some guy after we signed up for his raffel outside his store. Cosplay chess AB 2007, very nice.

Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Gave up entering mostly cause judges never think a GUY can make something somewhat impressive. Its been proven time and time again (anime boston every yr I've entered, ppl tell me I was jipped and its hard NOT to beleive them) but I have some awards >.>
Tell us a little about yourself
Actors are liars; bad cosplayers are just actors; tru cosplayers are believers Hate drama and ppl that start it. Don't care for mean ppl or those that ostrasize. I dont kiss ass for glory in this hobby even tho its all about ppl liking you....I get by. I hate entering contests, the large ones are all rigged in my opinion. YOu don't like it, fine, deal. Otherwise, myself is a larger book than most ppl as far as likes...... again, over tea and scones....and cupcakes cause I hate the "myself" section
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
of course : 1)Cosplay (original meaning and purpose behind themse of cons)= japanese: manga,gaming, anime.... Not Gandolf the purple, Marvel comics, and jonny depp. Although very nice(being a similar fan of that yummyness too)Those are COSTUMES...ie not a theme which Japanese invented the word "cosplay" for. 2)wear catgirl outfit into the road = red light for everyone. 3)Make your cosplay yourself wtf, stop just being a model for skimpyness and popularity, especially if you plan to enter craft judging for god sake XD 4) newer crowds happen to be mostly louder younger ppl. cons/events cosplay used to be quiet, not shouting for hollywood and being brats in public. Come on, tune it down guys. 5)nasty photogs that take days off their websites to go film skimpy broads, and corrolary: the 100's of viewers looking at related pics, yet not posting a single comment ....both...skeevey 6)No one helps me in my cosplays(i refuse it), no one makes anything for me, and i do not sell/buy anything. And I like it that way ^^ Instead I do help my friends a lot, and my gf very much.

Escaflowne,Chrno Crusade,Cowboy Bebop, Darkstalkers, DotSmack, Lain,Tenchi,Armitage, Ranma, Animatrix, Slayers, Evangelion, Dirty Pair, Witch Hunter Robin, Soul Eater, Azumanga Dioah, Gilgamesh.... there'd be more coming out before I ever finish the list! Guilty Gear wish you were here(but it'll have to be in the next section)

i heard lists are awsome: All them FF's but X2 and 11(enix + squrare = cheesey boob/ass exploitation) Xenosaga/Gears, Guilty Gear X, MTV Music Generator for PS1 of course, DDR, Guitar Hero's, RPG Maker 1 and 2003pc, Stella Dues, X-Com(the addiction) Dynasty Warriors, Grand Theft Auto's, RPG's of many kinds, old nes/snes/sega cause i never had one as kid like everyone else around me.

Sephy(ff7) Quistis (ff8) Kain (ff4)<-psycho! all darkstalkers, Genma and shampoo(ranma), Ryoko,Kagato(Tenchi Muyo), KOSMOS(cold man, really cold), Baiken,Testament,Sol,Millia,Faust(GGX), Robin and Amon (witch hunter robin), Fox McCloud ^^ least favorite characters:Link(all types, everytype), and Zelda...similarly, mario n peach. unless 8-bit originals, i dun really care for all these cosplays of reused characters, no tickle, no fancy :p

First a show: MXC on spike tv XP otherwise: The crow, Blade, all dat Jackie Chan stuff, T2, cult movie Donny Darko, legend, dark crystal, mummy, conan the destroyer(cause its EXACTLY like an rpg campaign, and the dorkage is revealed).....no sappy lifeline/lifetime/whatever channel movies. And not a fan of disney, just a couple particular items.
