What got you into cosplay?
I had been on my first convention ever the year before and was really impressed by the cosplayers. So when I decided to visit that con again the next year I thought I'd just love to cosplay as well. So, I started looking for a fitting character...
What was your first costume and why?
Rinoa Heartilly's normal dress from Final Fantasy VIII.
I did it because I didn't need a wig for her hair and because it was pretty easy to do. Also, I did (and still do) like her.
My mom did what little sewing had to be done. Actually, it didn't really look good and I still want to redo it, but there are so many other plans first...
What is your favorite costume and why?
Right now it's Amane Misa from Death Note. Before I even really knew DN our Ryuk said she'd be perfect for me (with the exception of her fixation on Raito), and she was right. I love Misas clothes and I kind of like her attitude, even though I'll never become a big fan of Kira. But I can overlook that because I like the two Raitos that I cosplayed with ^^
Oh, and longtime favourite is Schuldig. I'll never get rid of him *g* The clothes are comfortable to wear and he has such a twisted personality! I'm finally going to get a wig for him because my hair totally has the wrong colour and then there will be new pics of him (even though I'm built too feminine to actually make a GOOD Schuldig, unfortunately ^^")
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
There are a few, actually.
One of them is Rociel from Angel Sanctuary - it's the dream that I'm going to realize soon. I've always wanted to do it since he's a fascinating character - and I get to act like a total nutcase and terrorize Katan *g*
Other dreams would be Merryweather from God Child/Count Cain, Myoubi from Alichino and Michiru from Sailor Moon.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Dying from the heat when wearing Kadaj from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children to Connichi '06. The year before I was freezing most of the time and then in '06 it had almost - or even over 30 degrees Celsius. And I had this coat made from synthetic leather.
I took it off once to wrap off my bandages and they were already soaked. When I took it off the end of the day I could wring out the top I was wearing while it was still on my body and I left a puddle on the floor. I decided then that I actually prefer cosplays that show more skin and are made of less non-breathing material. *g* It wasn't actually a bad experience, but definitely memorable.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm studying law and I'm actually liking it most of the time, even though there are parts of the German law system that I'm probably never going to understand *g*
My hobbies... well, aside from doing cosplay I try to go to a gym twice a week, I enjoy playing rpgs online, I like to read fictional literature and meeting up with friends.

Final Fantasy VIII (I've never played anything else *g*)

Schuldig and Crawford (Weiß Kreuz), Rociel, Katan, Jibril, Uriel, Doll and Kato (AS), Misa and Ryuzaki (Raito only during Yotsuba Arc *g*) (DN), Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna and Hotaru (SM) and many more.

Lord of the Rings I-III, Narnia - The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe, Pan's Labyrinth, most other fantasy and some action as well
