What got you into cosplay?
Well, my friend Blair and I started scheming...and it just kind of escalated from there.
What was your first costume and why?
Well, my first cosplay was both Mello and Light, since I got them together around the same time. However, my original Mello and Light cosplays were absolutely dreadful. Thankfully, I remade the Mello cosplay, and my Light is now in retirement.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Mello, for an array of different reasons. He's my favorite Death Note character, I get to wear leather, eat chocolate...the list goes on.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
The faun from Pan's Labrynith. Never going to happen, but one can dream.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Probably Otakon 2009
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, but I'd like to someday.
