What got you into cosplay?
Friends saying we should do it, and me being the only one with the energy to actually do it. They are a bunch of slackers, but worse than my slack. but now it's just a social enjoyment
What was your first costume and why?
Vash the Stampede... i made a cheap quick on for Halloween one year. when it came around to a con, friends said...oh do that again. I decided to do the masquerade to make sure i'd get it done
What is your favorite costume and why?
so far...just the Vash. Cause i haven't worn the rest so far. Lynx did well...but still didn't make feel as great as my vash did. I'm working on a Kanti which i'm hoping will pwn both experiences

What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Showing people outside of cosplaying and cons photographs of me dressed up. One said it was a lame and dorky habit. I told him I won two first places......"Oh it's cool then"-him. "Yeah, have fun playing with your 1/6th scale army dolls"-me

What was your best masquerade experience?
Before the begining of the AnimeBoston Masquerade stood at the balcony edge over looking the crowd and having an overpowering roar from the crowd at my pressence. I mean the audience was rather tame and talking at usual volume and then it got a bit louder as the first few people saw me. but, by the time more and mroe people noticed what they were screaming about tey began to scream too. and well, simple math. it was FREAKING LOUD. then i noticed they were demanding yaoi out of me. -squint- talk about giving a guy a big head about himself and making him uneasy at the same time.

AnimeBoston04. Best in Show Individual Crafstmanship. Best in Show Presentation.
Anime BOstone05 First Place Craftsmanship Advance. Best Script and Acting.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm an illustrator, but find it fun doing other stuff. Cosplay allows me to do other types of art and engineering. I strive to "wow" strangers. I pull out all the stops when i compete, but nothing towards or against competitors. All on my presentation. I like doing complicated designed characters more than Bishie. As much as making young girls swooning is a joy; I like to impress the gals with my skill rather than looks.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I dislike anti-social miscreants that don't know how to act in public and obsess, to the point of uncomfortable akwardness, over good costumer and girls showing skin. A picture is a worth a thousand words...don't be greedy ya sickos! And one hug per customer, perverts!

Vash because that guy made my first cosplay a blast...and i'm goof just like him. seriously. i hate being serious. i'm too scary when serious. so being a goof is just fun. but yes when i do need to be serious it's all stern. "i wanted to save them both, knives"
