What got you into cosplay?
I like making costumes. And like most others who like to cosplay, I love the attention. And most people who say they don't do it for the attention - Yeah, sure...
What was your first costume and why?
It was a can-can outfit I made for Halloween. It was the first costume that I made from scratch. I just decided that that was what I wanted to be for that year.
What is your favorite costume and why?

Seth "Augusta Vradica" Nightlord. I <3 this costume. It's taken me over a year of work and I've surprised myself with the ability to actually pull it off and do it since it has so much intricate detail on it. I gotta admit, I love showing this one off.
Naruto. Come on, I can act all hyper and stupid and it fits his personality. Plus, for some reason, it's always the costume that everyone remembers me as.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Well, my dream costume was the ROM III cover gown of Seth Nightlord's. But now, since I have that nearly done, I plan on making her Tarot card gown. Yeah, just shoot me now cause I'm a glutton for punishment.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I think when I first made my Queen Amidala traveling outfit and I had worn it to work (which was EBgames at the time), and kids were coming up and hugging me and talking about Star Wars with me. It was really fun.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I actually did my first masquerade at Philcon 2004. We made it up that day, signed up, and competed. We were just acting silly and we ended up winning a prize! See what happens when you do things just for fun?
What was your best masquerade experience?
Well, since I've only had 2, my most recent at Katsucon 2005 with like almost all of my cosplaying friends doing a Naruto concert skit. Of course, it seemed to be the least memorable skit until I mentioned that I, as Naruto, was carried off the stage by Hinata... It was the only part of our skit anyone seemed to remember. XD
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
*King Mickey from Kingdom Hearts II group - Saturday 1st place Journeyman at AnimeNEXT 06. This was a group award cause we had 26 members do almost every single character from Kingdom Hearts.
*Seth Nightlord (tea seller outfit) from Trinity Blood- Best Walk on group at Toracon 06.
*Deidara from Naruto - Honorable Mention Nekocon 05 Hall Cosplay Contest.
*Zephyris from Scrapped Princess - Attention to Detail award at Kosaikon fall '04.
*Queen Amidala's travelling outfit from Star Wars Episode I - Honorable Mention Craftmanship @ Philcon 04.

Tell us a little about yourself
I program financial software for a living. In my spare time, I work on designing websites and play video games. Attend the occasional con and cosplay (duh). I have 2 adorable nieces and kitties named Luna and Artemis. (yeah how typical...)
I also have a motorcycle that hopefully will be seeing the light of day come warmer weather.
