What got you into cosplay?
The prospect of ackonowledgement and recognition by people like me. Plus I'm an uber geek, so that doesn't hurt, either.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was Kairi in her schoolgirl outfit. I had a week to pull something together and it seemed the easiest thing to do. Its a character I love, and I have been told I bare a resemblance to her.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My other Kairi, in her pink dress. It isn't the most flattering of dresses I've worn, but I love it still. I'm also quite fond of my Tyurru; that is one damn fine key, I have there.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I honestly have no dream cosplays, just things I'd love to make. This include Coraline (reserved for Hallowe'en), Daisy from Super Mario, the Silk Spectre II, Roxas, and many more.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Sharing tea and pocky with an extremely Mad Hatter.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Most always; if I'm up to it, which I nearly always am. Except, I don't think so, this year. I'm just too tired to pull out anything super impressive. But, still, it's just for fun, and I love people looking at my cosplays.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Getting the Pedo Bear seal of approval on my Kairi dress. XD
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Runner-Up, and Encouragement on my first time. Whoo.
Tell us a little about yourself
Well, sure. I'm from Perth, and I study drama and animation in school. I like long walks along the beach, picnics in the park and candle-lit dinners.
My passion is writing, and one day I hope to be a star journalist and an award-winning author.

Kingdom Hearts (all of them), Final Fantasy (in particular X-2; and XIII looks super cool), N3: Ninety Nine Nights, The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Kart.

Neil Gaiman's Coraline, The Graveyard Book, The Sandman.
Also the Harry Potter series, Watchmen and Barry Lyga's The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Gothgirl.

Willow Rosenberg (Buffy), the Other Mother (Coraline), Dr Dakota Block (Planet Terror, Death Proof), Tyurru (N3), Demyx (Kingdom Hearts II), Ed (Cowboy Bebop), and Magikarp (Pokemon).
My favorite movies(s)
I'm an appreciator of animation, so Coraline and The Nightmare Before Christmas are just loves of mine. On a darker note, I like Battle Royale, Death Proof, Donnie Darko and the Shawshank Redemption, Stand By Me and The Lost Boys.
