What got you into cosplay?
Oh god, what was it? XD I really think it was just the desire to have an ice braker for my first con, Otakuthon 05, and to be able to talk to people there. From then on, I've loved it XD Also, I've always had friends cosplaying right along beside me.
What was your first costume and why?
Rock Lee (who I have officially cosplayed at three conventions, remaking the costume every time) simply because I love the guy and he doesn't get the credit he deserves. ^^
What is your favorite costume and why?
I really don't have one because I've yet to make a cosplay I was truly proud of ^^;
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
So~ many >< The top of the list would probably be Yuuko from xxxHolic, Vash from Trigun, or Yue from CCS, but with a full set of 7' tall wings ^^
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
My first kiss with my boyfried of then three months at Otakuthon 08 ^^; Call me a sap
Do you participate in masquerades?
Oh yeah! XD
What was your best masquerade experience?
My worst is more memorable... Cosplaying Kurogane from Tsubasa at AC3 06, I needed to pass out on stage. Unfortunately, the hilt of my sword hooked my shirt, bindings, and bra as I fell, pulling them up and I would have flashed the entire audience at the tender age of 14 if not for my cape >< Thank god for the cape... and that I had enough time to fix my clothing while on the ground before I had to get up again ^^;
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes, Best in the Novice Division at Otakuthon 07 and Best Performance in the Journeyman Division at Otakuthon 08 ^^
Tell us a little about yourself
I attend an arts high school in the drama program and I'm in grade 11. I have two dogs, three cats and a pet mouse. I'm interested in psychology and theatre, but media arts will always be my hobby. ^^ My favourite band is Muse.
