What got you into cosplay?
Seeing pictures of other cosplayers was one of the reasons. I always wanted to anyway. Plus, I wanted I was going to go to a convention, so I wanted to cosplay.
What was your first costume and why?
Zero Kiryuu from Vampire Knight. Why? Well, because I love the character, and my friend and I were planning as going as Zero and Yuuki; since I'm taller (and I wanted to really badly) I cosplayed Zero.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Probably Zero. Something about putting on the full costume and looking in the mirror was just really cool. (Plus it's my only one so far. Ha)
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Well, yeah. Kieli (from the novel KIELI) is what I'm planning on making. I want to go as Harvey (but my mom doesn't like me crossplaying. Ha).
Um...Actually I'd like to make C.C.'s (Code Geass) white suit-thing she wear's in the first season when first introduced. Also Mion's (Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni) daily outfit.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The hilarious akwardness of being hugged and taken pictures of at conventions. It's just really funny and I'll never forget how embarressed I was at my first con.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm going to be a high school Sophmore this next school year. I've got a brother and a sister (both in college) and both parents. I don't have a job, although I desperately want won, but when you live in a small town like I do, you pretty much have to be 16 to work anywhere.
I've got 6 really good friends: Brandey, Mariah, Amber, Annie, Rebecca, and Katrina. Brandey, Annie, and Amber all like anime like I do. Brandey is my fellow con-goer.
I love to draw, read manga, and hang out with my friends. But other than that, I'm pretty anti-social. Ha.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Um...I pretty much will like any manga/anime is I like the way it's drawn/animated.
