What got you into cosplay?
Animes/videogames that had admirable characters that were practically calling for me to cosplay them ! (: ALSO ! JAC Productions is what really pushed me to get active in the cosplaying life (x I had been surfing youtube's video when I found alot of quite funny skits, ranging from Naruto to Inuyasha, to Kingdom Hearts, and all over ! I then consulted with my friends and they've decided that once we earn some money, we'll start our own cosplaying group.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was a Yuna one, because at the time, I really loved her character in Final Fantasy with Tidus <3, but it was really amateur for it was just me recycling my clothes, so I'm hoping in the future to clean it up ALOT, because cosplaying her would be a really lovely experience for me to grow through. I just know it. My first I guess you could say "accurate" cosplay was Kairi from KH2. Although no costume-making skills had taken place, I had looked through many references to make sure it was atleast a little on the point. I bought the costume of lightinginthebox, and used Sora's keyblade, instead of hers because I had no time to make/get it. I sewed a little paopu fruit for accessory <3
What is your favorite costume and why?
Kairi KH2, and 'cause she's just plain awesome :D I love the simplicity and style of her clothes, because it's just something that I would wear in public if I got the chance to (:
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Yees ! Juliet from Romeo X Juliet, and Sexy No Jutsu Kiba from Naruto being the two I long for the most. Tifa wouldn't be so bad either (; I also wish to clean up my long gone Yuna costume. And finallly, anyone from OHSHC ! Preferrably a long-haired Haruhi <3
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Although it wasn't me cosplaying, I'd have to say AX07 with the towel Roxas and Sora in front of the Long Beach Convention Center who were doing fan service yaoi <3 Hahahah, I loved them so much xP With me being the one cosplaying, my favorite experience has to be Anime Expo 09 because it was very unforgettable, and just the best experience and amateur cosplayer like me could ever have imagined it to be.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I hope to do so in the future as soon as my cosplay group becomes stable.
My favorite anime
I love all the animes I've watched and those include: Pokemon, Code Geass, DBZ, Inuyasha, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Ouran Host Club, Death Note, Lucky Star, Romeo X Juliet, Bleach, Fruit Basket, and others I can't remember to name now.
My favorite game(s)
Although I don't play much games anymore, I love to play Kingdom Hearts 1,2, and COM . I also like the Silent Hill games, and Resident Evil games, though those scare me the most.
My favorite book(s)
Stephenie Meyer books hands down, and that includes the Twilight Series and the Host (: I also love to read manga, such as Ouran Host Club, Ai Kora, Absolute Boyfriend, Bloody Kiss, Kiss/Hug, Sugar Stars, Beauty Pop, 1/3 No Kareshi, You're My Girlfriend, Kanaete Aizen, and Death Note.
