What got you into cosplay?
I've always been a fan of anime, but I only learned about conventions after I started meeting others who were into anime (which wasn't until 2002). One of my closest friends convinced me to try cosplaying Kikyo from InuYasha to my first convention (a pretty simple costume), & I became hooked!
What was your first costume and why?
Kikyo from InuYasha. It was simple, & my first anime convention.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Witch Hunter Robin. The bodice makes me look skinny, so I have an excuse to wear it, & I love hearing people tell me that they like the costume because I put serious effort into getting the hair just right.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Not really. I've made everything I've wanted to so far, even if I never got around to wearing it.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I really don't have one yet, but I'm sure I will soon! ^_^
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, but 'd like to.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I don't compete in contests, I just do it for fun.
