What got you into cosplay?
I had always wanted to, but my love of The Paper from Read or Die and the fact that I was finally going to an anime con cemented the need to.
What was your first costume and why?
Yomiko Readman/The Paper, from Read or Die. She was an awesome character, and hey...I could wear my glasses in costume!
What is your favorite costume and why?
Right now, Baiken and Alys are tied. Baiken because I love the character, but there was a long-running want to cosplay Alys.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Amano-version Freya from Final Fantasy IX.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Working as a Slytherin through the Book Seven release. It was pretty awesome.
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, but I've judged three- Sugoicon 2006 & 2007, and Colossalcon 2007.
Tell us a little about yourself
Currently a barista at Seattle's Best Coffee, working on cosplay and art in my spare time. I like meeting new people and making friends! I also love eurobeat music, and parapara.
