What got you into cosplay?
I've known about the anime scene ever since I was really little, but I didn't know about cosplay until I entered high school. My friends were really into Death Note, and they wanted me to be their Mikami at Fanime 07 but I couldn't go. Then they got into Kingdom Hearts, and I said that I'd be Zexion but we never got around to that. Then came Naruto. On Halloween of 2007, all of us went trick'o'treating as characters from Naruto.
What was your first costume and why?
I consider Misa from Death Note to be my first cosplay. I don't want to count Sailor Moon when I was in 4th grade because I didn't know what cosplay was. I also don't want to count Riku from KH2 because that was made of fail. So the next logical choice would have to be Misa. I chose her because she was cute and relatively easy to do.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite costume(s) are Kiba (Naruto), Naruto (Naruto), and Medusa (Soul Eater) because I get to wear pants, the wig (if there is one) isn't too troublesome, and it's comfortable.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I would love to be Hollow Ichigo from Bleach in Chapter 351.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Sometimes
What was your best masquerade experience?
Probably SF's Aki Matsuri '08 because there were no really big issues with that skit.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm now a senior in high school. I live with my mom, dad, and 4 cats. I'm currently looking for a job. My hobbies include sewing, reading (manga), drawing, role-playing, and being lazy xD. I don't like beaches. I'm scared shitless and strangely fascinated by giant squids. I'm a huge arachniphobic.
