What got you into cosplay?
Just the love of video games, anime, and manga. Searching for pics and I stumbled across some cosplay. After seeing some pics of other cosplayer it just seemed natural to want to coslpay myself.
What was your first costume and why?
Aeris(Aerith) Gainsborough from Final fantasy 7. She's one of my favorite female Final fantasy characters and I felt the need to make a costume. It was only used for a halloween event at my school and wasn't that great so I never wore it anywhere with other cosplayers, but it was the first cosplay.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Celes Chere becaues I finally got it to be acceptable in my mind. It still needs some work, but I've worn it to my first conventions and met some awesome people while in it.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Honestly no, I can't choose just one costume I'd like to make.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Otakon 2008, going up to a coslpayer who I thought was a sprite Celes and having her look up and exclaim something along the lines of 'Oh my God! Celes' other outfit!' and taking me over to her friend for pics with the Locke she had with her. Otakon 2009, The same Celes doing the same thing again, with the same Locke. The Final Fantasy shoots on Firday and Saturday Otakon 2009. They were simply wonderful and it was just awesome to hang with the other Final fnatays cosplayers. Especially the high number of Final Fantasy 6 cosplayers.
