What got you into cosplay?
My first con was Ohayocon 3, the two friends I went with were also experincing it for the first time. We looked around at everyone and exclaimed 'Dude! Why didn't we dress up? Ah man I feel so out of place!'
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was Relena Peacecraft, Gundam Wing was the anime that really brought me into the world of anime and conventions.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Sayroan winter costume, it's one with most detail so far and I worked hard on the tassels and spent many nights with my best friend peicing it together. I also love my Tohru Honda school uniform, but that was bought.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Relena Peacecraft in her romafeller uniform. Tried making it before and it kinda flopped but I'm still willing to try.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Lol, I was cosplaying as Sayroan when the manga was just coming out. Someone was so happy to see me they glomped me hard enough to push me back, I took a step back to balance myself but tripped on my cape and we both fell down into a table that crashed over. It was so much fun, best glomp EVER.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I have twice with my best friend, we call ourselves the Desert Rogues, we've received so far a Judges Favorite Award.
