What got you into cosplay?
first it was halloween, then it was waiting for a convention to start in minnesota ^^
What was your first costume and why?
Kaname Chidori from FullMetalPanic! I chose her because she has a strong personality, loved the manga, and thought a simple school girl outfit was a good intro to cosplay.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Alice costume probably makes me the happiest based on how accurate it was and quality wise was some of my best work.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
MANY. but who doesn't? I have bits and pieces of costumes that I haven't really started but have far off future plans for. I can't tell you how many wigs I own that I have yet to make the costumes for. *sigh*
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
CONvergence 2008 was the most overall successful cosplay experience I have had. In my re-done American McGee's Alice costume- people were taking my picture left and right telling me how much they missed the game, how excited they were to hear a movie is being made... it was as if I had brought something to life. I enjoyed it very much.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I would love to, but I have not yet.
