What got you into cosplay?

What was your first costume and why?
Helped my son make an Atatski cloak because he loves Naruto. Helped my husband make a Midna helmet for a customer.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite so far is the skull mask and body armor. It's not a specific character but I love the intricacy and the dark silver color (see in my photo gallery).
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Maybe it's not exactly cosplay but I love the Mary Poppins costume when she goes into the chalk paintings....
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Went to DragonCon 2009. Wow. Had no idea there were so many people so into this. It was great.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes, love Mardi Gras, Halloween, Burning Man....

I run Organic Armor with my husband. My daughter and son also love to play with costumes. She is modeling some of our work on our website.
