What got you into cosplay?
When I took Japanese in high school I made some friends who invited me to an anime cosplay party. Since I already loved anime and costuming, it was a wonderful combination. I've been addicted ever since.
What was your first costume and why?
Radical Edward from Cowboy Bebop, mostly because it was my first time cosplaying and I only had two days to get something ready - thus the closet cosplay. The other reason is only something that can be witnessed in person.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I have many. My white whale is to cosplay Cara from Legend of the Seeker and sing/dance to Sweet Dreams.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
4th place in Gravity's Ragnarok Online contest for my Acolyte costume. It was probably the Zombie Survival Guide that I was reading in the pictures that did it, though, the costume itself and my hair was lousy.
Tell us a little about yourself
I love crafts. It can be sewing, cross-stitching, making bath salts, you name it, I love it! I also play piano and sing. I absolutely love swimming, water is the only place I can feel graceful. Of course, there's also video games and anime.
