What got you into cosplay?
I used to sew quilts with my grandma and I loved Sailor Moon and wanted a costume, so I made one, lol.
What was your first costume and why?
Usagi's Junior High costume, I made it when I was little with my grandmother's help. That was my very first costume, in 1998.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Probably Anime Princess Serenity, cuz it's like perfect XDD Right now the only pics I have up of it aren't because I've fixed a few things on it, but I have it all just the way I want it and it's like one of the most accurate Princess Serenity's I've seen. Besides I put the most time and money into it.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Not really A dream costume, but I would like to get ALL the forms of Sailor Moon done, then a have a good list of other anime characters I'd like to do, but if I had to pick one that I'm really gonna look forward to doing that I haven't already, I'd have to say Usagi's Manga Wedding Dress or Anime Eternal Sailor Moon.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Hmm, oh god I dk, there are so many, I don't think I could pick just one ^^
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yeah, I usually don't do much of anything by myself, I have so many friends I can usually get at least a couple of them to do it with me =)
What was your best masquerade experience?
Hahaha, again too many to just pick one.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes ... four: 1. Popularity contest for Anime Princess Serenity (2004) 2. 2nd place group cosplay contest for Super Sailor Moon (2005) 3. 2nd place individual cosplay contest for Manga Sailor Moon (2006) 4. Honorable Mention individual cosplay contest for Manga Princess Serenity (2007) - Then if you want to count this then 5 - but at A-kon we got this thing for a free photoshoot because our costumes were so good ^^ I was in Manga Eternal Sailor Moon.

I'm not really a big video game person, but I used to play Mortal Kombat a lot. And Sailor Moon Another Story I play on the computer.

Daughters of the Moon Series by Lynn Ewing and The 'Anita Blake' series from Laurell K. Hamilton.
