What got you into cosplay?
Well one day my friend just randomly said, lets cosplay! And i've been hooked ever since! Also I just love dressing up and pretending to be someone else, even if it's only for a little while.
What was your first costume and why?
My first cosplay was Yomiko Readman from Read Or Die, just....cause.....it was the easiest one I could find to make in a day. O_~
What is your favorite costume and why?
My new favorite costume is my Maya Fey from Phoenix Wright. It's special for me because I made literally EVERYTHING by myself (including shoes!) which I *think* is a first for me. As well as that it was just really fun to wear and people kept telling me I looked like her - such a nice compliment. ^_^
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I'm a FF9 fiend and I would love to make Garnet's default outfit and her princess dress one day. But my secret dream cosplay is Zidane Tribal O_~.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Fuyucon was just filled with 'cosplay experiances'. If that's what you can call them. Basically ALOT of fanservice (most against my will! >_>)
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes! I've been in masquerades at Amecon, Fuyucon, Alcon and the midlands expo. Each stand out in their own individual ways.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Probably the inuyasha group masquerade, because we all crossplayed and I got mock slapped on stage. XD
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes! At this new years party thing I won a anime box set! XD (But tbh I don't really cosplay for awards. O.O)
Tell us a little about yourself
Well I write alot, draw (mainly manga), and read fantasy novels. ^^ Also I'm seriously obbsessed with Lost, The league of Gentlemen and X-men. :D
My favorite anime
Fullmetal alchemist, Chobits, tsubasa, .hack//sign., Saiyuki, Gravitation, Kyou Kara maou, Inuyasha, Fruits Basket, Angel Sanctuary.
My favorite game(s)
FF (X and IX are my faves.) Zelda, Kingdom hearts I + II, Harvest moon, broken sword, hotel dusk, the longest journey, .hack games, Phoenix Wright and so many adventure games. XD
My favorite book(s)
Anything Harry Potter, (no.3's my fav), and really anything fantasy in general, His dark materials, LOTR, The Talisman etc...I also love A Series Of Unfortunate Events. I'm also not ashamed to admit I freakin LOVE Watership Down. :P I really love Shakespeare too, especcially Hamlet. Hamlet is love. ^_^
My favorite character(s)
Tidus, Reno, Zell, Zidane, Aeris, Dagger, Eiko, Edward Elric, Kairi, Riku, Sora, Roxas, Hakkai, Miroku, Elk...gaaah there are so many I could go forever. X.X ^^ Non anime related-wise, I am a Pyro (x-men) obbsessive. But my ultimate fave character of all time is Remus Lupin from Harry Potter.
My favorite movies(s)
LOTR, Moulin Rouge, Any Monty Python, The butterfly effect, Star Wars, the fountain and Battle Royale! (Yaaaay needless violence can be fun!) Also any disney movies (little mermaid and aladdin get special mention.)
My favorite actors/actresses
Ewan Mcgregor and Aaron Stanford top the list. :D Female wise I love Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman and Liv Tyler.
